By accessing or using OakBag (the "Service") you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

1. Educational use

The Service is provided for personal, non-commercial, informational and research purposes. The Risk Disclaimer forms part of these terms: OakBag is not investment advice, and nothing in the Service is a recommendation to buy or sell any security.

2. Accounts

Some features require a free account. You are responsible for keeping your password confidential and for activity under your account. You must provide a valid email address and may not impersonate others. You may request deletion of your account at any time (see the Privacy Policy).

3. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the Service — in particular not to scrape or download data in bulk by automated means, circumvent security, disrupt operation, or use the Service unlawfully.

4. Provided "as is"

The Service and all data, scores and rankings are provided "as is", without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted or error-free, or that any data or score is accurate, complete or timely. Data comes from third-party sources.

5. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the operator shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental or consequential damages, or for any investment losses, arising from your use of the Service.

6. Intellectual property

The content, design and software of the Service are protected. You may not copy or commercially exploit them beyond normal personal use of the Service without our consent.

7. Changes to the Service and web address

This is a project under active development; its web address (domain) may change over time. Your account and these terms apply to whatever address the Service is served from. We may modify, suspend or discontinue any part of the Service.

8. Governing law

These terms are governed by the law of the Slovak Republic.

9. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms; continued use of the Service after a change constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
